Serranos Salsa Company serves up a unique array of tastes from all over Latin America and has been a favorite of foodies who frequent the I-10 corridor since our first location opened in Baton Rouge in 1999. The team at this homegrown concept set its sites high when they created the idea for the first Latin American hot spot. Serranos Salsa Company describes their take on Latin Favorites infused with fresh homegrown produce and seafood as a labor of love. All items are made fresh in each restaurant’s kitchen with the aforementioned local ingredients. Serranos is also known for the largest selection of tequilas and rums on the Gulf Coast.
